Contract duration ?
Your agreement with SevenDaysWeb is for one or two years, at your choice.
I would like to host my website on my server.
You can't. All contracts provide for the website to be managed in cloud hosting on our servers, ensuring that it is available at all times. We can, however, transfer your existing domain on our servers.
Can I download my website from the SevenDaysWeb platform ?
No. SevenDaysWeb is fully maintainable on the web and there is no export functionality for the website, but there are ways for you to download your content (ePUB, XML, HTML).
Do you provide e-mail accounts ?
SevenDaysWeb does not include e-mail accounts, but we can provide an e-mail service (eg my-name@my-site.it) as an add-on. Contact us for more information.
Do you provide custom services, other than those included in the above annual fees?

You can start with the free trial without providing your tax information and credit card details. When you decide that SevenDaysWeb is the right product for you, contact us and we will provide you with contract and payment details.
What do you mean by "unlimited"
Our service does not impose quantitative limitations in some areas for normal use. However, according to our contract terms, you are not allowed to create websites for the sole purpose of sharing files.
